At X-Core Condoms (Sealinking International), we strive to provide quality products for your satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in the original sealed packaging.
  • Returns without original packaging or that show signs of use will not be accepted.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene concerns, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or opened condoms or intimate/sanitary products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products or software
  • Health and personal care items once opened
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Hazardous or flammable items

Returns & Refunds

  • If a product is defective or damaged, you may request a replacement or refund.
  • Returns must be sent to our designated address:

  • Shipping costs for returning products are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned product is inspected and accepted by us.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
  • Partial refunds may be given for products returned damaged or not in original condition.
  • Sale items and discounted products are non-refundable.

Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting us.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per the return policy.

Exchanges

  • Defective or damaged products can be exchanged for the same item.
  • Please contact customer support at customercare@xcorecondoms.com before returning any product for exchange.

Gifts

  • Gifts marked as such will be refunded with a store credit or gift certificate.
  • If the gift was not marked, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

Important Notices

  • Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products.
  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
